Hvad betyder FAQ, og hvad står det for?

FAQ står for Frequently Asked Questions, og betyder altså på dansk “Ofte stillede spørgsmål”.

Hvad er en FAQ?

I web sammenhæng er en FAQ ofte en særskilt side, man laver på sin hjemmeside, hvor man opstiller spørgsmål, man ofte får fra kunder og besøgende vedr. sine produkter/services, og derefter besvarer dem én efter en.

Det kunne f.eks. være spørgsmål såsom “Hvor lang leveringstid er der?”, “Hvornår bliver min ordre afsendt?”, “Kan jeg annullere min bestilling” etc.

Derudover kan en FAQ, foruden svar på generelle spørgsmål, også indeholde specifikke spørgsmål vedr. ens service/produkt.
